  • What drinks do you serve onboard?
  • Our bars come fully stocked with both liquor and beer as well as non-alcoholic mixers. Special beverage requests may be made in advance and we will do our best to accommodate them. Drinks may be purchased with cash or card and range from $4 – $7 each.

  • Can we bring our own alcohol?
  • Unfortunately no, due to our liquor license. Please note we charge a $125 penalty for outside alcohol.

  • How many people does each bus fit?
  • Each of our large buses seat 18 or 24 with some standing. If staying within town we can max the bus out at 35 for more of a nightclub feel. Our small bus, the Tiny Turtle, has a maximum capacity of 12 guests.

  • Can we play our own music?
  • Yes! Each bus has Bluetooth and guests can sync their device to the bus to play DJ for your event.

  • When is payment due?
  • Advance payments are not required and payment is due in full once the event has concluded. If you plan on paying altogether by group we will charge the card on file, otherwise guests will pay the driver upon boarding the bus via cash or card.

  • Do I need to tip the driver?
  • Although a 15% gratuity is part of your rate, please keep in mind that our drivers do work hard and always appreciate tips.

  • What is your cancellation policy?
  • For most charters we require a final headcount 48 hours prior to event start time and cancellation must also be done 48 hours prior to avoid being charged in full.

    WEDDING CHARTERS – If cancelled within 30 days you will be charged 50% of event total. If cancelled within 7 days you will be charged 100% of event total. Final head count required 48 hours prior to event.
