We have a variety of buses in our Turtle Bus fleet. Buses can seat anywhere from 18 to 27 guests. If staying within town we can max the bus out at 35 for more of a nightclub feel, with a few guests standing. That being said, we take extreme precaution preventing the spread of Covid-19. Since our buses are fully customized, were are able to keep guests socially distant while everyone is enjoying the “al fresco” atmosphere.
*We do ask that if you do have any additional questions regarding Co-vid19 policies, please reach out to us directly. We not only want to keep you safe and healty, we also want to keep our Turtle Bus Team safe.

For “individual pay” group outings, an advance deposit is not required when booking the reservation, however, a valid credit card is a must! Once the event has concluded, full payment is due and will be charged to the credit card on file. Also, in some group reservations, a guest count minimum may be required. (That means, if you or your group attendees have not paid via cash or card, before boarding the bus, we will charge the credit card on file.)
For hosted group outings, a valid credit card is a must, as well as a deposit and guest count minimum. (example: if you have a group rate that only applies to a group of 12 guests or more, and you only have 7 guests, you are still obligated to pay for the guest count of 12 OR you can pay the default rate for 7 guests.)
